Youth Ministry
At WVPC we believe that God has an incredible purpose for every student – that they are created, blessed, and loved by God through Jesus more than words can describe. That is why WVPC has a long-standing, major commitment to youth ministries; it is a major part of what we are all about because we believe that it’s a major part of what God is all about. Junior High Fellowship
The Junior High Fellowship meets on Sunday nights from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. All are welcome! The junior high program is dedicated to helping students personally experience the amazing love of God that comes from a relationship with Jesus Christ, as well as experience a dynamic, positive atmosphere of social, emotional, and moral encouragement (and have a lot of fun in the process!) The Junior High Fellowship also features numerous retreat and special events throughout the year including Houseboats on Lake Shasta, Planet Wisdom Retreat, Junior High Extreme (summer camp), and Vacation Bible School.

Senior High Group
The Senior High Group meets on Sunday nights from 7:00 to 9:00pm, and is devoted to helping students grow personally in the amazing love of God that comes from a relationship with Jesus Christ. Students also experience a dynamic, positive atmosphere of social, emotional, and moral support, and lots and lots of fun. A special focus of the Senior High Group is developing a heart of service and compassion to the poor and needy which culminates in an annual mission trip during the summer. The Senior High Group also features numerous special events and retreats throughout the year including the Summer Missions Trip, Planet Wisdom Retreat, Houseboats on Lake Shasta, and Youth Praise Explosion. Join us on Sunday night – all are welcome!

Boy Scout Troop #407
In addition to weekly activities, numerous retreats, camps, outings, and related projects are planned throughout the year. WVPC has sponsored Boy Scout Troop #407 since 1964. They meet Mondays at 7:15 P.M. Contact Scoutmaster Larry Grace through the church office at 408-252-1365.
