Service Worship
Sunday August 29th is the next Service Worship!
What special skills and talents can you share?
- Perhaps helping to lead a worship service with hymns and readings at a local assisted living facility?
- Perhaps sewing toiletry bags for the women in the Innvision shelters?
- Perhaps doing yardwork for Cupertino seniors?
- Perhaps baking cookies for the troops through Adopt-a-Chaplain?
Still unclear if there is some way for you to worship God at Service Worship? Here is the August 29th Service Worship brochure with a list of all the possible activities.
A Kairos Banquet follows the day's activities at 5:00 p.m. in McHattie Hall.
This month we will do something a bit different! Dinner will be an integral part of the evening worship service as we explore Luke 14:15-24, "Jesus Invites the Misfits." Bring a friend and a side dish to share - the main course, dessert, and drinks are provided.
